About the role

The Transaction Manager Cashflow Finance and Leasing reports to the Operations Manager Lending Solutions and plays a key role in assessing and establishing Invoice Finance, Performance Bond, Producer Offset loan applications with a focus on providing a high level of customer service, and the continued implementation of operational efficiency in line with the appropriate risk controls.

Successful applicants should have:
  • experienced in working in a factoring team.
  • able to demonstrate sound financial analysis skills and knowledge of receivables finance or trade finance risk.
  • seeking to make a real contribution in a dynamic and challenging, yet rewarding work environment?
  • interested in promoting Indigenous economic empowerment?
Successful applicants must have:
  • Ability to conduct credit assessments and make recommendations based upon financial information and systems, and external credit reporting tools available.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Indigenous applicants and key internal stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret credit applications, financial statements, cashflow forecasts and other related factoring related documents.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Demonstrated evidence of business acumen, analytical, problem solving, and communications skill.
