Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) now has an exciting opportunity for full-time or part-time, NDIS/Aged Care Social Workers to join the multidisciplinary healthcare team in Broome, WA, collaborating closely with both internal and external service providers to enhance the health outcomes of our Aboriginal community.
You will have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers by providing person-centred social work support, across various programs.
As an Aged and Disability Social Worker you will have the opportunity to provide personalised support to frail aged people and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, you will support the delivery of groups within the Psychosocial team.
What you'll receive
