Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking motivated people who are outcomes focused with an interest in, knowledge of, and experience in HR, project/program management or policy. They have the ability to understand and interpret HR-related issues, legislation and Australian Public Service (APS) employment frameworks.

Our ideal candidates will have:

• sound judgement, strong attention to detail and the flexibility to deal with competing priorities
• strong verbal and written communication skills, which will allow you to provide a high level of customer service and engage effectively with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and levels of seniority

PM&C supports mutually beneficial flexible work arrangements which suit operational requirements and uses space, technology and a mix of digital tools to equip you to work flexibly, where you can.
