Your new role
We are looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Professional to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will handle customer enquiries via phone and email, manage job scopes, quotes, parts ordering, job coordination, and finalisation. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week over a 9-day fortnight, starting after the probationary period.
What you'll need to succeed

Ability to follow instructions and procedures both verbally and in written form
