Your new role
As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between the delivered solution and operational needs, ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge to maximize the system's functionalities. You will also have prior experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement AND/OR Case Management, ideally both), coupled with expertise in one or more Microsoft technologies such as Azure, AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365. Your deep technical knowledge and ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions will empower diverse audiences, both in-person and online.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver tailored, instructor-led training programs to address gaps caused by past vendor challenges and improve staff understanding of the system's complexities.
Provide hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, interactive activities, and post-training support to enhance learning experiences.
Organize knowledge sessions, info demonstrations, and develop Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to operationalize teams for system enhancements.
Update and amend existing user guides (over 30 completed) to reflect customizations, incorporating insights from over 10 hotfix deployments.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, and methodologies.
Provide ongoing training support across multiple streams, including the Complaints and Resolution branch and the Investigations branch.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive training efforts for future releases and adapt to the program’s fast-paced enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
Current Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification with proven expertise in delivering technical training to diverse audiences (highly preffered)
Expertise in one or more Microsoft domains: Azure, AI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in your chosen specialization (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform Developer, Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator).
Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with managers, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating training materials, including slides, labs, user guides, and documentation.
Ability to deliver clear, practical training programs addressing complex system changes and operational challenges.
