Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Laundry Services Assistant to join our Aged Care Services team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, resident-focused laundry services within our residential aged care facility—supporting dignity, comfort and wellbeing for those in our care.
What can you expect to be doing?
- Provide efficient laundry services including sorting, washing, folding, and timely delivery
- Deliver respectful, courteous and individualised support to our residents
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, care and clinical teams
- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues or maintenance needs
What do you need to bring?
- Previous experience in a laundry role, ideally in aged care or commercial settings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team
- Understanding of infection control and WH&S practices
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to our values
