PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and control the implementation of health, safety and environment management system (ISO 9001 & 45001) at sites level.
- Conduct safety-related training to workers.
- To assist the sites in complying with current HSE legislation and/or regulations (Toll’s and Local regulations) with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of learners, staff and visitors.
- To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Maintain safety documentation and prepare reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Make sure implementation of HSE Site Plan at sites level.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understand ISO 9001, ISO 45001.
- Have OHS certificate (minimum AK3U KEMNAKER).
- Understand Local Regulations of Indonesia.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Have a good English both written and spoken.
- Experience in Warehousing / Logistics sectors (preferably have experience dealing with chemical cargo).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Risk assessment and accident prevention: ability to identify potential hazards and evaluate their impact on a company’s operations.
- Incident investigation and response: ability to gather evidence, interview witnesses and determine what happened and how it could have been prevented, and to react quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
- Flexibility: ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Environmental protection: ability to understand and apply regulations regarding environmental safety.
- Communication: ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Problem solving: ability to identify and resolve issues.
