Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop & Lead the Sales activities for Singapore & Batam Feeder – Ocean, Air, and Warehousing.
Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
Self-driven and to achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.
Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development.
Manage and maintain pipelines, plan weekly calls, and follow up on sales leads.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain good, professional working relationships and effective communications with existing and all internal departments and partners.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need to Succeed:
Academic qualification: Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/International Freight.
Minimum 2 to 3 years sales experience in freight forwarding.
Crucial to know how to perform telemarketing and cold calling.
Must have shipping operation/documentation knowledge as well.
Familiar with Singapore and Batam feeder trade.
Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, analytical, and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Able to travel to Batam, Indonesia.
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
