Join a leading globally operating organisation renowned for its innovation and excellence. This organisation is on a transformational journey and is seeking a talented Systems Analyst to support their SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
Your new role
In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the SAP Materials Management application. This includes providing first and second-level support to users, ensuring optimal application performance, and creating and updating technical documentation. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, developing proposals, obtaining necessary approvals, and implementing changes. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and service providers to meet all business requirements. Additionally, you will be driving new projects and developments in close collaboration with the business and external development teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a System Analyst with an in-depth understanding of the SAP Materials Management module, configuration, and business processes.
- Experience providing detailed SAP MM user support.
- Knowledge of configuring the data exchange with vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project management and problem-solving abilities.
