Role Purpose
The Client Administration officer will be a part of the Finance Functional Division. You will be responsible for providing a central point of contact for the recording of client events within the Finance System and account related enquiries and follow up for the Ageing group of Services.
This role is focused on assisting Ageing Clients with follow-through to resolution on queries, as well as processing data entry and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates to the system
- Process data entry of the client events into the finance system and other related programs as well as related activities
- Undertake client data verification activity and checks using both formal and informal means
- Answer client fee account enquiries and action follow ups to clients as required
- Record notes and attach documents against client records
- Support creation of client contracts and execution of same as well as general client debtor management, fee account refunds and lump sum payments and refunds
- Assist in housekeeping activity for effective database management of the Finance System
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally, you will bring proven experience in an administrative role, with a background in the Aged Care sector being highly regarded. Given the client-facing nature of this position, exceptional communication skills are a must. Attention to detail is also essential to ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Prior Administrative experience, with a background in the Aged Care sector being highly regarded
- An understanding of what defines effective, positive customer service, coupled with the ability to consistently deliver this high standard of care, with Phone calls, emails and letter writing.
- Data entry skills - High level of attention to detail and orientation towards quality in written documentation and record-keeping
