Support, Communications & Events Coordinator – Perth, W.A
Job Description / The Role -
At Toll we connect people and products. We are seeking a Support, Communications and Events Coordinator in Perth, W.A. You will contribute to this by providing senior administrative, communication and event management support to the R&I leadership team. This includes diary management, preparation and quality assurance of documents, spreadsheets and presentations, occasional coordination of correspondence/telephone calls, general support for team administration, communications and employee engagement programs and event management for customer and employee engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities – but not limited to –
Administrative Support: Manage diaries, prepare and quality assure documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Communication: Coordinate correspondence, support executive social media presence, and develop structured communication programs.
Event Management: Organise customer and employee events, meetings, functions, and conferences.
Team Support: Assist with travel arrangements, process invoices and expense claims, and provide general team administration.
Identify and implement innovative methods to improve customer experience, employee engagement, and internal efficiency.
Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to coordinate internal and external engagement events.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: Working with an Executive Leadership Team, communications, marketing, and event management.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), strong written and verbal communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Self-starter, organised, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Approachable, welcoming, team orientated and being comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
