Innovation & Trials: Drive and trial new technologies, from EVs to safety systems, and contribute to standards and procurement design.
Quarterly Inspections & Travel: Conduct HSE inspections across the eastern seaboard at least quarterly, with monthly travel for site support.
Data & Reporting: Own and manage data used by the Road Transport Safety team; develop KPIs and reporting systems that drive safety performance.

Technical Expertise: High-level ICAM investigation skills, and experience in plant and equipment risk assessments.
Strategic & Tactical Thinker: Able to design long-term plans while delivering daily operational support.
Strong Communicator & Mediator: Able to influence across diverse business units and navigate sharp or difficult discussions with professionalism.
Resilient & Agile: Comfortable with shifting priorities, staff turnover environments, and driving safety improvements through change.
