Your
new role
In your new role, you'll be working on a FIFO basis from TSV following a 2/2 roster that alternates between day and night shifts. Your responsibilities will include assisting with production charging for both upholes and downholes, utilizing Orica products such as the Hypercharge Emulsion unit and Icon detonators. You will be expected to operate and be familiar with the Orica Blaster 3000 and Ikon Logger II remote firing system, as well as effectively manage explosive stock control. Additionally, ensuring the safety of the worksite will be a key part of your role, requiring thorough inspections, hazard identification, and strict adherence to safety regulations.

To be
successful in this role you must have
- QLD Shotfirers Licence essential
- Queensland Security Clearance (QSEC Card) essential
- Previous experience working as an underground charge up operator
- Previous experience working in other underground roles (service crew, trucks etc)
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Ability to undertake a pre employment medical
- Clear police check due to working with explosives
