We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead the contract delivery- HV Substations in the Manawatu and Hawkes Bay region. This role is critical to the planning, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure maintenance that underpin the electrical grid, supporting the Transmission network.

ABOUT THE ROLE – Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of HV substations maintenance ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will be looking after a diverse team of supervisors, leading hands, electricians, substation maintainers, and apprentices, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, and client specifications. You will oversee maintenance scheduling, procurement, risk management, and progress reporting as well as drive continuous improvement in maintenance delivery processes.
ABOUT YOU - Requirements
- Proven experience delivering high voltage substation maintenance in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of substation design, operations, maintenance and commissioning processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Maintains a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of their work
- Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or Trades.
