Job Title: Change and Training Manager
Location: Remote
Contract Type: 12 month contract with 2x12 month extension option.
Clearance: Australian citizen with an active NV1 Security Clearance.
Our Federal Government client is seeking a skilled Change and Training Manager to lead organisational adoption of data tools and practices in a complex, high-impact environment. You will drive change initiatives, deliver targeted training, and promote data literacy across a diverse workforce, ensuring new digital tools are effectively implemented and embraced.
To be successful in this role you must:
Lead change management strategies for data transformation projects.
Design and deliver training for end users and leadership on analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Promote continuous learning and build a data-driven culture.
Monitor adoption, report on training effectiveness, and provide insights for improvement.
Support ICT project delivery through business analysis as needed.
To be considered for this role you must:
Proven experience designing and delivering training in data analytics environments.
Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience tracking adoption, training outcomes, and providing actionable feedback.
