We are recruiting a Contract Administration & Document Controller to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in Australia’s Defence environment and support national security requirements of the Nation. The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for managing document control processes, supporting contract governance, and assisting with performance reporting and data analysis. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate across teams will help ensure our contract obligations are met. Key responsibilities: · Managing document control processes to ensure quality, compliance, and version control of contract-related documents. · Supporting the preparation and coordination of contract governance forums, including minute-taking, action tracking, and document annotation. · Assisting with the development and maintenance of performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI. · Analysing data to identify trends and insights that support contract performance and decision-making. · Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and documentation. · Providing support to team members on document management systems and reporting tools.
