Key Responsibilities: Review and negotiate head contract terms to align with UGL’s goals. Communicate and integrate contractual insights into project planning. Maintain robust contractual records and manage changes proactively. Qualifications: A degree in Law, Finance, or Quantity Surveying. At least 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, ideally within engineering or maintenance services. Strong skills in contract negotiation, management, and dispute resolution.
