UGL, a member of the CIMIC Group, is seeking an experienced Cost Administrator to join our dynamic team at in Kwinana. As a Cost Administrator, you'll play a key role in providing efficient cost and administrative support to our project delivery team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent project performance. Key Responsibilities: - Offer cost and administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Controls team. - Maintain and update the site roster for workforce visibility. - Collaborate with the Recruitment and P&C teams for smooth onboarding of new employees. - Process leave applications, PPE requests, and general expense claims. - Manage UGL’s time sheeting system (ETCH), ensuring personnel and cost code data are up-to-date. - Review and confirm timesheets against cost allocation and site access records. - Track and process approved project change records, ensuring accurate reporting. - Compile monthly Change Impact assessments to support variation claims and client approval. - Raise and monitor Material Requisitions (MRs) in alignment with UGL’s procurement policies. - Ensure compliance with company goods receipting policies. - Maintain accurate procurement tracking processes. - Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within cost control and administration functions. About You: You’ll thrive in this role if you possess the following: - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Administrative, Cost Control, or Payroll roles. - Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word. - Experience with time-sheet management systems such as ETCH. - Working knowledge of procurement and finance activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and general cost reporting. - Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines under pressure. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - A proactive attitude towards safety and continuous performance improvement.
