We manage the CRN – Country Regional Network, ensuring safe transportation of people and goods across NSW. Job Purpose Managing the Property agreements Lease and License department. Property Management, Leasing of properties, and tenant management. Key Responsibilities • Manage a small team of Property Coordinators by overseeing all works by setting expectations to be delivered by the team. • Leadership of overall property management service delivery in accordance with commercial best practice and contractual obligations • Complete all internal and external reporting as required, including ad hoc requests. • Establishing and maintain strong work relationships with all key client, internal and external stakeholders • Develop and implement the Property Management Services Plan • Managing updating and training property documented procedures. • Manage development and delivery of acquisitions and disposals programs • Lead key property initiatives. • Managing Master Deed for Access agreements and requirements • Maximise tenant and external stakeholder satisfaction. • Liaise as required with local government authorities and external stakeholders. • Manage the rent collection, outgoings invoicing and debtor management. • Ensuring lease and legal agreements are current and up to date. • Nominate building assets for leasing and refurbishment opportunities. • Protecting sensitive property information and ensuring the team adheres to security, compliance, legislative requirements. • Access, utilise and maintain existing systems and databases to provide analysis and develop, maintain and produce a range of reports to support management of property matters. • Coordinate, report asset issues with UGLRL facilities maintenance team as required. • Ensure that all property management activities carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans. Qualifications Certificate / Diploma in Property Management / Building Sciences /Project Management 5 year’s experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment. Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
