- Salary range of $99,565.64 to $126,273.28 p.a. plus super

About the role
Do you have the ability to relate to people at all levels? Are you committed to creating a positive people focused and business outcomes driven culture? We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our refreshed organisation focused on growing, adapting and improving.
Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our people in the delivery of best practice Human Resources services including employee relations, industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment and selection, employee wellbeing, and employee engagement.

About you
We are looking for someone who has prior end to end recruitment experience, a strong knowledge of HR legislation and the ability to partner with key stakeholders at all levels to achieve business outcomes. You will have a positive can-do attitude and:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive relevant experience in a human resources generalist function
- Experience in employee relations/industrial relations
- Demonstrated skills in end-to-end recruitment and selection
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Drivers licence.
Desirable Criteria:
• Experience in Local Government.
• Experience using HRIS.
