We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Team Lead (Civil) to join our Asset Maintenance team. Reporting to the Assistant Service Delivery Lead (Civil), you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality construction and maintenance works across a range of civil infrastructure and municipal assets.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of works on assets including, but not limited to:
- Road pavements and associated infrastructure
- Bridges and marine structures
- Stormwater drainage systems
- Footpaths and cycleways
All works will be delivered in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and directions from senior leadership.
You’ll lead and supervise multi-functional teams and rotate across key civil maintenance and construction areas, including:
- Civil Construction – overseeing projects greater than $500K
- Unsealed Roads, Roadside Vegetation & Open Drainage
- Sealed Roads, RMPC, and Concrete Works
- Precinct Maintenance – including CBD cleaning, street furniture, signage, sanitisation, and rapid response services
