About the role
Telstra’s in-house creative agency is looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to play a critical role in the delivery of Telstra’s marketing campaigns.
This role is the delivery lead within the newly formed In-house creative agency, responsible for managing the end-to-end process and successful delivery of marketing campaigns within the agency. You will work alongside strategist, creatives and campaign managers to plan and lead the agency workflow across consumer, business, enterprise and corporate creative projects.
This is a senior role, requiring strong autonomy, stakeholder management and production execution experience. Beyond execution, this role will oversee production quality and contribute to creative excellence - bringing both technical expertise and a customer-first approach to the team. The ideal candidate is a highly capable, self-sufficient delivery expert, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle producing, editing and outputting content seamlessly, without needing extensive oversight.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as Senior Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for elevating Telstra’s creative standards across all customer engagement touchpoints, including social, digital, retail in app messages, and direct part of GTM campaigns. You will focus on building a culture of creativity, innovation, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure that customer insights and data-driven strategies inform creative solutions, driving impactful and effective campaigns.
Creative Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain a structured project calendar, ensuring visibility across agency functions of work in progress
- Work closely with Strategists and Marketing Teams to align content with business priorities.
- Ensure creative meets brand guidelines, personalization requirements and best practices.
Workflow & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate content briefings, ensuring Creatives, Designers and Copywriters are aligned on objectives and deadlines.
- Streamline workflows, optimising production, review and approval processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation teams to ensure proper content deployment and audience segmentation is considered in the creative process.
- Work together with the Creative Services Lead to develop ways of working and reporting.
- When needed cover and/or assist Creative Services Lead in prioritisation and review of briefs.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and use insights to build on project briefs in the future
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize messaging, visuals and layout structures.
- Work with media and analytics teams to integrate insights into future content planning.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in campaign production, content management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of 1:1 marketing, email/SMS personalization and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise and/or small business marketing. Across print and digital assets.
- Experience in event management and video production a bonus
- Confident in communicating and managing senior marketing team members.
- Experience managing high-volume CRM programs across multiple audience segments.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, leading CRM content execution end to end.
- Knowledge of email and SMS design best practices, including mobile optimization.
- Experience with performance tracking tools and A/B testing frameworks.
- Project management and workflow management experience across tools and platforms (Workfront, Jira, etc)
