The Role
Join Our Team as an Assistant Property Manager!
Join our Property Management Team and play a key role in overseeing lease documentation and data across Toll’s property portfolio. This position provides vital support to the ANZ Property Manager and the broader Property Management Team, contributing to a centralised property service that drives operational excellence.
A day in the life of an Assistant Property Manager at Toll Group:
- Lease and Property Data Management: Maintain accurate lease records and property database, manage critical dates, ensure timely rent and outgoings reconciliation, and lead data validation and migration during system implementation.
- Reporting and Compliance: Deliver timely and accurate reporting across the global property portfolio, including customised reports and support for regulatory requirements such as foreign investment reporting.
- Property and Lease Support: Provide operational support to the Property Management team, including lease preparation, approvals, documentation execution, site relocations, inspections, and administrative tasks.
- Tenancy and Leasing Coordination: Manage sub-tenants and business unit requests, negotiate lease terms, support tenancy management, and assist with sustainability initiatives and environmental data provision.
- Facilities Management Assistance: Collaborate with Facilities Managers to ensure maintenance aligns with lease obligations and support the delivery of facilities services across sites.
- System and Process Oversight: Ensure consistent and accurate data entry within the property management system, manage digital and physical records, and contribute to process improvements.
About You:
- Commercial Property and/or relevant tertiary qualification
- Extensive property industry, particularly in Commercial/Industrial sectors
- Strong competency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Property Management systems
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting lease documents
- Experience in property management and leasing in a corporate or agency environment, preferably with an industrial focus
- Willingness to travel as needed, with a personal commitment to quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement
