Council is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist the Law Enforcement & Parking team to manage its enforcement obligations.

About the role
As a Parking Patrol Officer with the City of Canada Bay Council you will be responsible for undertaking parking enforcement activities to meet community expectations. You will monitor, patrol and enforce any non-compliance with the legislative parking requirements in the area and educate the community on parking issues and safe parking.
The hours of operation will vary and will involve both weekday and weekend work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Parking Officer to gain exposure and experience in the Local Government sector. This role has development and career opportunities for driven individuals.
Previous experience in parking enforcement activities, knowledge of relevant legislation and codes, and a working knowledge of the Self Enforcement and Infringement Notice Scheme (SEINS) are desirable for these positions but not necessary as training will be provided for successful non-experienced candidates.
