ABOUT THE ROLE
Position
This position is responsible for supporting the effective operation of Council’s Asset Management system by working collaboratively with the Asset Management and Water and Wastewater teams to maintain and enhance the accuracy and quality of asset data. The role ensures that asset-related information is comprehensively captured within the corporate system to inform asset management plans, inspection and maintenance programs, and capital works planning. In addition, the position delivers a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating Council’s commitment to professional and quality service delivery.
To be successful you will bring

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, together with experience in Asset Management practices and the operation of Asset Management systems.
- Excellent skills in data management and the use of data analytics to support decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with service providers including consultants, contractors and temporary staff.
- Experience in Microsoft Office computer applications, including excellent skills in Microsoft excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide technical advice and services through effective written and verbal communication.
The rewards
- A full time annual salary range of $88,900 to $102,000 (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
