What this role looks like:
- Act as the primary liaison to the Executive Team, overseeing all communication with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring requests are managed and actioned with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Executive Team, managing complex diaries, anticipating needs, prioritising commitments, and aligning schedules to maximise effectiveness.
- Prepare correspondence, documents, PowerPoint presentations, promotional material and other reports.
- Process and reconcile expenses in accordance with Corporate policy, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.
- Attend and proactively minute all meetings and prepare action lists.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation and record in accordance with THSC procedures and standards
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Positive and engaged team member.
- 5+ years extensive office administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in using TechOne or similar corporate systems (Desirable)
- Experience and understanding of the roles and operations of Local Government (Desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
