What does this role look like:
- Creating an environment where children feel emotionally secure, protected, and confident expressing themselves, knowing their voices are valued.
- Developing and implementing intentional, play-based learning programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V.2) that are responsive to children’s interests, strengths, and developmental needs.
- Actively building trusting, respectful, and transparent partnerships with families, recognizing them as key contributors to their child’s safety, learning, and development.
- Always modelling professional conduct and taking responsibility for upholding child safe policies, procedures, and ethical practice.
What are we seeking:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Child Protection training certificate (CHCPRT025)
- Class C NSW Driver’s Licence
