Our Resource Recovery team is currently on the lookout for a Manager to lead the team and who will play a crucial role in providing specialist service and advice across multiple council operations to the community in relation to resource recovery and waste management.

What this role looks like:
- Manage the tendering, contract administration and supervision
- Coordinate and manage contracts, contractors, consultants and consultancy
- Capture, review and regularly report performance data to senior
- Develop internal and external partnerships to promote council services and
- Provide strategic advice to internal customers on matters relating to resource recovery and waste management.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Demonstrated knowledge & principles to lead, supervise & manage (2+ years’ experience) in relation to Resource Recovery, Waste Management & Council related activities.
- Postgraduate Qualification in Management, Sustainability/ Natural Resource Management or Public Health.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, Environmental Science or related
- You are a holder of a NSW Drivers Licence (Class C).
