We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Teacher's and pedagogical leader's for Sandhills Early Childhood Centre. Casual positions available.

Sandhills resides in the heart of Byron Bay, within walking distance of beaches, recreation grounds, coastal reserves, and the community library and gallery.

You will work with a team of exceptional educators to implement the daily program in line with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning framework. Our centre welcomes children from 0-5 years and you may work with any age group.

enthusiasm to engage children and intentionally guide enriching-concepts, provocations, experiences and projects
formal qualifications (Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Bachelor of Educator (Early Childhood and Primary))

We operate 7.30am – 5.30pm, 50 weeks per year in the heart of Byron Bay in a beautiful setting.

Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a casual rate in the range of approximately, $57 to $66 per hour (dependent upon skills and experience)
Educators also receive the Federal Government’s worker retention grant payment which equates to about $3/hour
