Join Our Team as a Process Worker / Machine Operator!
Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a new opportunity? We are expanding our team at our Eagle Farm facility to meet growing demand and are seeking dedicated individuals to join us. Hours: 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Role Overview:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate manufacturing of sealing products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Using hand press and hand tools
- Operating and maintaining machines and other production equipment.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Performing quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Collaborating with the production team to meet daily output targets.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- General packing, dispatch and receival duties.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and technical drawings.
- Confidence in completing basic check lists and paperwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
