About the Role
You will lead a dedicated team to deliver operational efficiency, safety, and service excellence. You'll be responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics functions and team operations.
- Ensure daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management
- Lead, motivate and coach warehouse team members to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and manage workflow to meet service and quality standards
- Drive compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
- Report on KPIs and contribute to business improvement plans
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar logistics or warehouse supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehousing systems and operational best practices
- Leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence frontline teams
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and process-driven approach
- Familiarity with WHS standards and a commitment to safety
