Your new company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient AO3 Administration Officer for a temporary 4-week contract. The successful candidate will assist with billing and bulk billing tasks, ensuring accurate entry and submission of billing information for payment.
Your new role
- Enter billing and bulk billing information into the system
- Submit billing information for payment processing
- Utilise Medi Records and Excel for data entry and management
- Follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Receive support and guidance as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Ability to follow instructions and accurately input data
- Experience with Medi Records and Excel is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to start as soon as possible
What you'll get in return
In return, you will gain a temporary contract with the Queensland Government Department, paying an attractive AO3 hourly rate of $49.40 per hour + Super. You will have full-time hours Monday–Friday, weekly pay and be based in Townsville.
