Site Administrator – Barrow Island W.A
Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Minerals, Oil, and Gas sector. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a wide variety of clerical and operational support duties. Your communication and organisation skills will be key to engaging with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality administration support to our business, ensuring favourable commercial outcomes in our interactions with clients.
Some of your responsibilities may include and not limited to:
Operational Support:
Engage with Shift Supervisors to assist in the onboarding of new operators.
Book flights and accommodation for FIFO teams.
Assisting Supervisor with sourcing leave coverage & manning gaps.
Managing leave and sick forms data entry and roster updates.
Data Management:
Enter work hours into payroll systems.
Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking.
Management of Rosters.
Assisting with Billing and Payroll checks.
Records Management:
Administration Processes:
Process Improvement:
What you will bring to be successful in this role:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a FIFO environment.
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
