Are you passionate about health, safety, and environmental management? Join our team as an HSE Advisor on Barrow Island (Off-Dampier), WA. This exciting role offers a family-friendly, even-time roster of 14 days on and 14 days off FIFO Perth, giving you the perfect work-life balance.
As an HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all health, safety, quarantine, environmental, quality, and security-related activities. Reporting to the Barrow Island Operations Manager and functionally to the Minerals, Oil, and Gas team, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving best practice policies and procedures. Your efforts will enable managers to effectively manage HSEQT requirements, ensuring an incident-free operation for the Shore Base Business Unit.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage all HSE activities, including process and procedure development, implementation, and training.
Maintain risk registers and conduct HSE monthly meetings and engagements across all sites.
Implement, control, and maintain the BWI HSES Systems.
Ensure compliance with Chevron quarantine and safety standards and procedures.
Report, investigate, close out, and communicate all incidents in a timely manner.
Champion a positive safety culture across all aspects of the business.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Proven experience in managing HSE activities and systems.
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Strong analytical skills to analyse incidents, trends, and statistical data.
Relevant qualifications in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related discipline.
