Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the commercial aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance and providing key financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
- Providing strategic advice on commercial matters that may impact the company’s financial position.
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate contract execution and compliance.
- Identifying risks and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
- A tertiary qualification in Finance or Business, or at least four years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with foreign currency transactions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with Excel being essential, and familiarity with SharePoint.
- Knowledge of job costing in a project manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work efficiently within a team to achieve shared goals.
