We’re searching for a passionate and motivated Care Worker – Team Lead to join our team. If you're committed to delivering exceptional in-home care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this varied role, you'll be the go-to support for our Care and Services Team, Home Service Workers, and fellow Care Workers. You’ll guide and mentor team members, contribute to their development, and ensure consistent, high-quality care for our clients. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding and training, ensuring our team is equipped to meet both customer and business needs.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Provide in-field coaching and mentoring to care team members to support their professional growth.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities aligned with business and client needs.
- Lead by example—fostering a customer-first approach across all areas of the business.
- Monitor team performance and compliance, offering guidance where needed.
- Contribute to performance reviews, supervision sessions, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with our broader Community Aged Care teams.
- Assist in investigating concerns or complaints, helping to find effective solutions.
What do you need to bring?
- Previous experience as a Care Worker in Community Aged Care, Residential, or Disability settings (essential).
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, mentoring, or coaching (Cert IV in Training & Assessment is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the ageing process and the health and social factors that influence wellbeing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that inspire and support team development.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Health, Community Services, or a related field (desirable).
