- Skilled in writing bids, preparing tenders, and supporting business growth
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Experienced in managing projects and keeping bid processes on track
- Competent in using business systems and maintaining accurate records (familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus)
- Works well with teams, senior leaders, and a wide range of stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in consulting, government, or professional services
- Background in marketing, communications, or business development
- Experience working with bids, tenders, RFPs, or grant proposals
- A good understanding of government procurement is an advantage
