Toll Group is looking for a full time permanent UKG Dimensions Systems Administrator to join the team based in Sydney.
The UKG Dimensions Systems Administrator supports daily operational tasks, user administration, system updates, and basic troubleshooting within UKG Dimensions. This junior role provides foundational technical support and assists in system optimization activities, including managing and monitoring integration interfaces within a complex enterprise framework.
A day in the life of a UKG Dimensions Systems Administrator at Toll Group:
- Perform user account management and basic system configuration tasks.
- Provide frontline technical support, addressing user queries and escalating as needed.
- Assist in testing system updates, upgrades, and patches.
- Support routine audits and maintain system documentation.
- Participate in training users and creating user guides.
- Manage and monitor integration interfaces within an enterprise framework.
About You:
- 1–2 years of experience or recent graduate with exposure to workforce management systems (UKG Dimensions preferred).
- Basic understanding of HR and payroll concepts.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the workforce management technology space.
