Your new role
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing incidents, requests and changes for both end users and infrastructure.
- Ensuring systems and networks uptime, troubleshoot and/or escalate where necessary
- Preventive maintenance where required as per guided
- Maintaining inventory for both end user equipment as well as infrastructure
- Procurement and invoice management as guided
- Organising hardware/software as required for both end users as well as infrastructure
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum ONE year commercial experience as a Level 2 Support.
Experience with installation/set-up of PCs and software, and working on service desk tickets.
A self-sufficient starter - you are a proactive person who doesn't need hand-holding.
Please note that this role is 5 days on site in Toowoomba (non-negotiable). The client would prefer that the candidate is local to Toowoomba.
