As a Subject Coordinator for 'Modern Irish Classics', you'll have the opportunity to shape the learning experience of students in the English and Theatre Studies program. You'll lead the coordination and delivery of this engaging course, developing teaching materials and fostering a inclusive learning environment. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating scholarly inquiry and meeting the needs of our diverse student cohort.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and Deliver Teaching: Prepare and conduct lectures, seminars, and tutorials to a high standard in various modes (online, on-campus, blended).
Manage Subject Administration: Maintain LMS sites, prepare assessments, and coordinate assessment processes, including managing extension requests and academic integrity issues.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced educator with a strong background in Irish literature, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to create inclusive learning environments for a diverse student cohort.
Be familiar with university systems, policies, and procedures, or show willingness to undertake relevant training.
