Team Manager – Eastern Creek, NSW
The Opportunity
Due to significant growth within our Healthcare division, we are seeking an experienced Team Manager based in Eastern Creek, NSW. Our Eastern Creek facility services key customers in the medical devices and pharmaceuticals industry.
The role of Team Manager is to direct, co-ordinate, supervise and achieve service objectives regarding all warehouse operations, ensuring that tasks are completed in the safest and efficient manner in line with agreed standards in operational procedures, national strategy and in a manner always ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance.
As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage the warehouse teams to ensure all targets are met regarding warehouse operations
Effectively supervise and provide direction and guidance to Team Members and assist with job training and inductions
Coordinate work activities for Team Members
Ensure freight and stock in all areas is always accounted for and report any exceptions immediately
Monitor daily workflow in WMS and TMS
Ensure that the healthcare site meets TGA (cGMP and cGWP) and ISO 9001 requirements for the storage and distribution of therapeutic goods for human use.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Warehousing/3PL/Distribution industry experience mandatory
Working knowledge of the FMCG/Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals industries
Experience in managing large teams
Working knowledge of Change Management
Exposure working in TGA (cGMP and cGWP) and ISO 9001 environments
