Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday – 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

Toll Group is seeking a PM Shift Team Manager to lead our dynamic team at our Distribution Centre in Murarrie. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to key customers while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of warehouse operations during the PM shift. You’ll ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational procedures and regulatory standards. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring a proactive leader who thrives in a complex logistics environment.
Duties and Responsibilities / a day in the life of the PM Shift Team Manager –
Lead and manage warehouse operations to meet service objectives and customer expectations.
Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaborative success.
Identify and implement innovative logistics solutions to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and financial standards.
Build and maintain a positive team culture through coaching, feedback, and performance management, whilst supporting the development and capability growth of your team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
To be a people person and nurture different and unique strengths amongst your team.
Experience in logistics and warehouse management.
Leadership in managing warehouse teams in a warehouse setting.
Experience managing operational and performance metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suites and warehouse management systems.
