The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA/Agency) is the Australian Government’s key agency charged with promoting and improving gender equality in Australian workplaces, through the provision of advice and assistance to employers and the assessment and measurement of workplace gender data. Our Agency was established by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act).
WGEA’s ambition is to accelerate progress towards workplace gender equality. We are a small unique agency with a big agenda.

Are you passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive digital transformation and data excellence? We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in optimising and managing our CRM platform.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our Salesforce environment. Your keen technical skills will support national data reporting capabilities and contribute to the Agency’s broader digital transformation initiatives.
You are someone who can:
- Confidently manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user accounts, data storage, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that support internal teams and external reporting needs.
- Support the Agency’s Reporting Portal by ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate in agile teams to plan, test, and deliver enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
- Champion best practices and promote adoption of Salesforce solutions across the organisation.
- Share your knowledge by mentoring colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and capabilities:
- At least two years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce, ideally including Public Sector Solutions and Account Engagement.
- A current Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and working in scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A sound understanding of CRM enhancement, customer portals, and marketing automation tools.
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
