Transport Accounts & Administration Officer – Laverton North
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Accounts & Administration officer to join our Resources & Industrial business division at Toll group based out of our Laverton North site. Our Laverton North Site is a Dangerous & Hazardous Goods facility supporting several B2B customers. A fast-paced site driven by safety and compliance, this facility services major ASX listed Chemical suppliers and manufacturers.
As the Transport Accounts & Administration Officer, you will:
Process all sell side and buyside transactions to ensure that correct revenue is received from customers through daily processing of Transport activities.
Maintain daily POD scanning and maintenance as required in Transport Management System.
Monitor unconfirmed order reports daily and run as required.
Transport Rating rate transport transactions daily.
Accurately rate transport transactions, including both buy and sell movement.
Support the transport team with daily task coordination, including data entry and confirmation of BRS.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Recommended experience in Transport operations and administration.
Excellent and proven MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of procedures and systems Transport Management Systems.
Administration and customer service experience.
