The Opportunity
The City of Perth’s ICT department drives innovative technology solutions that empower our staff and benefit the broader community. Central to this is the Business Applications Team—a skilled group delivering expert 2nd and 3rd line support to keep our systems secure, reliable, and consistently operational.
We’re seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator to manage and optimise key software applications to ensure seamless, secure, and high-performing operations.
Reporting to the System Operations and Change Lead, your responsibilities would primarily include:
- Providing technical support to ICT customers;
- Cyber Security;
- System Software Administration & Configurations; and
- Incident Management & Request Fulfilment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems or a related discipline;
- Proven experience in supporting concurrent (two or more) corporate business systems;
- Proven experience in planning and coordinating the release of corporate business systems with training and supporting documentation; and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical information.
