Permanent full time
Salary
$64,368* to $72,109* per annum (based on 70 hours per fortnight), plus superannuation and a 9 day fortnight. *Award increase of 3% to be applied from 14 July 2025.
Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience.

About the role
This is a varied and interesting role, where you will be responsible for a wide range of activities with relation to Council's community and cultural facilities, including;
- Assisting in the coordination of general maintenance
- Asset management and facility improvements – including quarterly site inspections
- Legislative requirements
- Operations of Community Facilities
You'll enjoy satisfying customer demands using both your strong communication and administrative skills. This role offers a challenge and variety in a supportive and fun team.
Position requirements
- Drivers Licence - Class C
About you
Strong communication skills are required with the ability to liaise, report and negotiate with people from varying levels from within and outside Council. You will need excellent computer literacy and the ability to work in a team environment.
This position requires an individual who can provide high level customer service and respond efficiently to customer requests.
