About the Role The Senior Manager leads all commercial and operational activities across a multi-site retail and consumer portfolio. This role is pivotal in executing the regional business plan, meeting contractual obligations and KPIs, and ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation. Lead, coach, and mentor staff to foster professional growth and ensure team development. Oversee regional operations to deliver high-quality service within contractual obligations. Drive profitability by managing costs and enhancing operational efficiencies across sites. Monitor and analyse financial performance (P&L), identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. About You You are a strategic thinker with a strong customer focus and a deep curiosity about what drives value for clients. You excel at communicating the value our business delivers, both now and into the future, and you make decisions by considering a wide range of internal and external factors. With strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid financial acumen, you are also IT-savvy and comfortable navigating complex systems. Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years senior management experience in logistics, transport or related field Demonstrated experience in managing automated warehouse. Demonstrated previous experience in managing large warehouse operations People management experience including leading, developing and coaching Tertiary qualification in logistics, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
