As part of the Operations and Fleet Services team, you will conduct inspections and audits on the condition of the City’s physical parks infrastructure, ensuring the assets are maintained to City standards. You will ensure all information and inspections are in accordance with the City’s Asset Management Plan and other related documents. To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:
- Substantial experience in conducting compliance, defect and condition audits
- Experience in working with databases and reporting systems
- Experience in hazard identification and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a team
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
We are offering a gross salary of $91,088 per annum (pro rata), and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
