About the role
We need a forward-thinking Organisational Development Specialist to help us grow from the inside out.
You’ll partner with teams across the business to design and deliver innovative Learning & Development (L&D) and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives. From rolling out learning programs to championing cultural inclusion, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a thriving, future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate learning experiences -in-person, online or blended.
- Work with leaders and teams to identify development needs and co-create solutions across L&D and I&D programs of work
- Evaluate the impact of initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
- Execute key elements of our I&D strategy, from inclusive policy review to establishing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Work across L&D and I&D projects, ensuring alignment to business goals.
- Complete reporting to meet internal and external requirements using our LMS and other systems.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in HR or a related field, with a strong background or interest in L&D and/or I&D.
- Proven experience designing and delivering programs that drive real business outcomes.
- Confidence in consulting with stakeholders, diagnosing needs, and managing projects end to end.
- Strong experience in a HR/P&C team and a desire to develop your career
- A commercial mindset and the ability to offer creative, scalable solutions.
