About the Role
Council's Digital Innovations, Information & Technology section is expanding, creating an opportunity for a Project Liaison and System Integrator to join the team.
Lead by the Head of Software, the Project Liaison and System Integrator will take carriage of the development and support of software solutions tailored specifically to Council's business needs and the integration between all Council's key corporate business systems.
The successful candidate will lead the integration of Council’s CRM and data systems to support the new collection contract. This will involve liaising with internal stakeholders and Council’s collection contractors.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:
- Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, and/or relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience in providing quality customer service with the ability to relay technical information to a range of internal customers and external vendors.
- Ability to undertake planning which may be complex and involve working groups.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Salesforce development.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience with using API’s for sharing information between dissimilar systems.
